Investment fund HIG Capital has signed an agreement with real estate developer Neinor Homes for the purchase of 430 apartments located in the Valle Romano.
This is the seventh investment of the company in Spain in the last three years. “Spain represents a key area for our European strategy and we will continue to look for small and medium capitalization investment opportunities that add value to increase the presence of H.I.G in this market,” said H.I.G in London, Riccardo Dallolio.
The Valle Romano complex is located within Valle Romano Golf and consists of 430 apartments with their corresponding facilities including swimming pools, gym, restaurants and paddle tennis courts, among others. The total area is around 46,000 square meters. HIG has been advised in this operation by the law firm Pérez-Llorca.
