The house is a ground floor with private garden and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living dining room with direct access to the glazed terrace and open kitchen.

To the left of the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc. and adjacent to it there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room is equipped with a chaise lounge sofa and TV. The dining room is equipped with a round dining table with 6 chairs.

The covered terrace with glass and option to open in its large majority, has an outdoor table and a chill out area with two double outdoor sofas and coffee table, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
